Community Housing Office

The Community Housing Office provides administrative and technical support related to affordable housing issues and coordinates the efforts of various town boards and committees to develop affordable housing opportunities and implement the Town’s Community Housing Plan.  This office works with the Sudbury Housing Trust, the Community Preservation Committee (CPC), and the Sudbury Housing Authority (SHA).

Sudbury receives MMA Innovation Award

Sudbury was awarded the Massachusetts Municipal Association Innovation Award award for the implementation of the Regional Housing Services Office – an Inter-Municipal Agreement between Bedford, Concord, Lexington, Lincoln, Sudbury and Weston, with Sudbury as host community.  The RHSO provides regiobal municipal administrative housing services for the member towns and residents.  Accepting the MMA Innovation Award
